Building Lives Through Sports Network (BLTSN) is a proud member of the Kroger Community Rewards Program.

The mission of the Kroger Community Rewards Program is to make fund-raising easy by donating to local organizations based on the shopping you do everyday.

All you have to do is register your Kroger Plus Card online at Kroger Community Rewards, search for Building Lives Through Sports Network or MB388, and enroll.

Then, every time you shop at Kroger and use your Plus Card, BLTSN will receive a donation. There's NO cost to you and the online enrollment process is simple. Steps are below;

You will need a Kroger Plus shopper’s card. If you don’t have one, you can pick one up at the Customer Service Desk (or ask the teller) the next time you visit a Kroger store. Click here for a complete list of the Kroger Family of Companies.

If you use your phone number at the register (instead of your card), call 877-576-7587 to get your Kroger Plus card number.

Go to Kroger Community Rewards
Scroll down to click on the box that says “Link Your Card To An Organization.”
Sign into (or create) your digital account.
Search for “Building Lives Through Sports Network” in the list of local nonprofits, or enter our NPO number, MB388.
Click the blue “Enroll” button underneath our name.
To verify that you are enrolled correctly, look for "Building Lives Through Sports Network" on the right side of your information page.
