We at Building Lives Through Sports Network INC in conjunction with the Perform To Perfection Academy would like to invite you and your student-athlete(s) to participate in the 2024 Great Lakes College Camp Tour.

Cost:

• Student-Athlete Full Tuition: $100

STUDENT-ATHLETES ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL CAMP FEES!!

THIS CAMP TOUR IS OPEN TO ALL PROSPECTS IN THE CLASS OF 2025-2028.

Date:

• June 3-4

Tentative Schedule:

• (June 3) Depart from Walmart (12981 Shelbyville Rd Middletown KY 40243)
• (June 4) Return at Walmart (12981 Shelbyville Rd Middletown KY 40243)

What To Bring:

• Travel attire
• Athletic attire (Shorts sweats gloves...etc)
• Linen
• PPE (Optional)
• Quarterbacks MUST bring their own ball
• (Football) cleats and gym shoes
• Snacks
• MOST CURRENT HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT
• Sportsmanship
• Discipline

College Camps:

• Building The Bridge Showcase (June 3)
• Eastern Michigan University (June 4)
